4. Mold base design: core mode configuration design
First of all, taking into account the male-die need180-degree rotation, so core mode needs cross-jen symmetrical arrangement, otherwise can not co-casting.
(1) Guide pole: to guide the male and female die. It needs to keep coaxiality in the multi-color mode.
(2) Back-off pin: as the die needs rotation, it is essential to add spring on back-off pin to fix the push-out board.
(3) Locating block: to ensure that the mode base does not diviate as a result of the screw gap.
(4) Regulating mass (wearproof block): mainly to adjust z coordinate value error of mode height when matching molds.
(5) Push-out machanism: the push-out way design is the same as general mold.
(6) Cooling circuit design: the cooling circuit design of mold one and mold two are the same as much as possible.
