Through the wireless way, the administrative center can withdraw the historical records stored in the terminal according to the time period, and then stores them in the administrative center. The track spot can play back the vehicles' travel route in the electron map of administrative center.
·Urgent alarm-reporting function
The onboard terminal device can be matched with manual or pedaled urgent alarm-reporting switch, so when the emergency like assaulted or seeking for help occurs, the onboard terminal will immediately carry out the alarm-reporting to the administrative center after the driver presses down the button; as soon as the administrative center receives the alarm-reporting it will inform the operator on duty by means of sound prompt and writing prompt information, and provides them with timely and integrated alarm-reporting information and the processing flow through the information in the electron map.
·Pronunciation monitoring
If some particular case occurs, such as hijacking the police, the onboard terminal can dial the fixed or mobile phone of the appointed number to let the monitoring center monitor the situation in the vehicle.
·Remote control on oil out/power failure/oil/ electricity
When the administrative center confirms that the emergency or some other particular case happens, it can send the fuel out order to the onboard terminal which will break the oil and electricity after it receives the order.
·Bi-directional character information
In conjugation with the outside-connected Chinese liquid crystal display, the functions of management, dispatching, sending and receiving character messages, etc can be operated between the onboard terminal and the administrative center.
·Alarming against fatigue

·Alarming against overloading/beyond the bounds/overspeeding
The administrative center system sends the upper limit value of speed to the onboard terminal and then be stored by it. Once the actual moving speed is judged to exceed the limit, the system will record and report it to the monitoring center; the center system also can send the attribute data of the active area to the onboard terminal and then be stored, during the traveling, if the vehicle is judged not in the active area, it will give an alarm-reporting to the monitoring center. Then the center will record the information and immediately inform the attendant with sound prompt and the writing prompt, on the coordinate with the positional information in the electron map, it provides the integrity information and the processing flow for the attendant.
·Onboard phone
The onboard terminal provides the phone conversation handle and handfree installment, so the user can use the phone function through the manually dialing and receiving way, and also can automatically receive a call through handfree way.
·Operating data real-time feedback
The onboard unit can collect with the price record, real-time gathering the operating data in aims at solutions in the taxies or long-distance transit vehicles, the operating data includes: passenger beginning, passenger end, passenger course, the travel route, carrying turnover, empty beginning, empty end, empty course and a passenger load; The operating data can be transmitted to the management canter through the wireless way, then stored.
·Information management
The management center provides the information input, inquiry and edition function of the vehicles, drivers, etc, and it can inquire in the single, combined or the classified inquiry way.
·Statistical report form function
According to the actual service demands, it can make the statistical report form to the drivers, the motorcade or all vehicles according to the day, week, month, or year operating; make the overspeed statistical report form to drivers, motorcade or all vehicles according to the day, week, month, or year; make the operating analytic statement according to the day, week or year; make the operating state analytic statement, passenger time period/ place section analytic statement. All report forms support the modified function.
