Meanwhile, it depends on CDMA wireless network of communications to establish a physical chain connecting onboard computer to command dispatching center. This system can provide various services for policemen, such as vehicle orientation navigation, dispatching command, mobile investigation, violation evidence collection, real time monitoring, over speed evidence collection, etc.
