| The area of the product the manufacture base of Wuhan Bluestar Technology Co., Ltd is 50 acres, among which the building space is 33,000 square meters. The total number of staff workers is 500. At present our company has many producing and examining facilities, such as onboard product assembly production line, PC production line, liquid crystal screen production line, NCT fast molding, the SMT production line, injection molding department, the hardware stamping department, the routine laboratory of onboard products, etc. It has completed the transformation of the R & D center and interior and exterior environment of the production base, realized point-to-point data link information system of R & D base and the production base. With strong foundation of equipment, talent , scientific research and management, it has formed the industrial pattern taking entire machine design production of the automobile electronic information product, the electronic primary device processing and design and manufacture of the electronic products as the main body. The products are widely applied to the public security, transportation, correspondence, national defense, etc. |

| Since Wuhan Bluestar Technology Co., Ltd established the ISO9001 quality management system in 2004, it actively promotes internal system construction following ISO9001 spirit, gets good results and widely recognized by the industry. In 2006, response to the environmental protectionin call, the Company introduced the ISO14001 environmental management system, and established the "green design, clean production, pollution reduction, sustainable development" environmental policy. In 2007 the Company started to build ISO/TS16949 quality management system, to introduce the industry's most stringent management system into our management and constantly improve the Company's management level as the automotive components manufacturer.
