In November 2007, Wuhan Municipal Construction Committee, Business Bureau, Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Federation of enterprises in Wuhan, Wuhan General Chamber of Commerce and other business credit management service center, and other departments jointly issued "Notice about Creation and Evaluation of Credit Enterprises Activity", and our company actively participated in the evaluation activity.

The Creation and Evaluation of Credit Enterprises Activity is an important measure to further implement the municipal government vigorously on the development of private high-tech enterprises, the implementation of the "100 Stars Project". The activity combined the credit companies' creation with the science and technology work, will provide the basis protection for in-depth implementation of the "100 Stars Project", the effective implementation of the "Ten special science and technology" and "106 Project" and strive to solve the problem of financing; promote enterprise healthy and sustained development. City Finance Bureau, the Labor and Social Security Bureau, Trade and Industry Bureau, the technology sector will give preferential policies for identified "Credit Enterprises in Wuhan City" in the activity.

On December 24, 2007, the participated evaluation units presented credit in the related media publicity in Wuhan City. A level and above enterprise will be awarded certificates and plaques recommended in the National Credit enterprises evaluation by "Hubei private economic research" and the "Wuhan business credit services management centre", and got the title of "Outstanding Private Enterprises in Hubei Province".
