The 2008 company management planning and evaluation meeting ended on December 6. With practiced work as the guiding ideology, the meeting fully deployed the development tasks and production operating objectives in 2008, further called on all employees conscientiously to study and implement, strengthen confidence, emancipate our minds, and try our best to complete various tasks in 2008.
All leaders took part in the meeting. Executive Vice President Li Zheng, Group Vice President Shen Jie, director of General Manager Office Zhou Jiu, Chairman Tao Zhenyue respectively made an important speech.
Li focused on four issues at the meeting: First, fully complete the 2008 production target: company will spare no effort to promote main automotive electronic and information products business, major breakthroughs in a number of vehicle manufacturers (including international vehicle manufacturers), form a volume sales, domestic aftermarket coverage to more than 70 percent of the region, and actively explore the international market. Second, company will build a customer-centric marketing system, improve the management system building, establish and improve various rules and regulations, and strengthen the sense of service departments, and intensify the enforcement efforts. Then, according to high standard request of TS16949, further enhance our efforts in product development and protection of sustainable development. Third, further improve personnel structure. Promote the comprehensive development of trade unions at the same time to promote the development of enterprise. Start from respect, understanding, and concern workers, actively create a positive business achieving atmosphere in the development of enterprise, and strive to realize, safeguard and develop the fundamental interests of workers. Fourth, build a sound assessment, incentive mechanism, and mature work evaluation system. Perfect middle-level leaders’ performance evaluation system, and enhance the departments and the staff assessment; a detailed recycling process is really done "everything rule-based, it was responsible for everything, everything is documented, and monitored" to form a positive good situation with work order, strict governance and discipline, and full of vitality. In addition, Lee announced the 2008 company’s operating objectives and assessment methods at the meeting.
At the meeting chairman Tao Zhenyue concluded that: in the period of high-speed development, some cadres were thinking with conservative, timid, innovative ambitious enough; outdated concepts, ideas, narrow, limited approach, the lack of innovative capabilities, such mental condition is incompatible with the development of the company. We must recognize the historical process of industrial development, the environment in which we analyzed the situation and adjust thinking, grasp the mainstream. Leading cadres at all levels should constantly increase the pressure, study diligently, and be good at thinking, increase their self-cultivation, seize all opportunities to accelerate development. Only by constantly emancipating the mind, and do solid work, can cope with the development of the various new situations and new problems in the transition to the development of a new concept, new methods and new initiatives. |
