Through the training of "5S" system in the company, we know that "5S" refers to the "seiri", "seiton ", "seiso", "seiketsu"and "shitsuke".

Since the implementation of "5S" in the company, not only improve the living environment, but also increase productivity, improve product quality and service levels. The main functions of "5S":
1. Let customers have a deep impression on the company and have a sense of trust.
2. Save space and cost, naturally increase profits.
3. Make enterprise have a strong bond to enhance a sense of belonging among the staff that he would think such a kind of superiority and a sense of accomplishment. When the business has problems, he will take the initiative to ask questions and actively look for the causes of the problem and solution.
4. Enhance efficiency, a good working environment for all employees of every initiative on a voluntary basis to leave something, throw away useless things.
5. Assure quality, and constantly develop a habit through these good working environment, so to be able to make the product quality guaranteed.

Let "5S" be one of our working habits and gradually improve the quality of the individual so that we can benefit for life.

Through the study and implementation of the "5S", I realized that everything is not easy to do well, even the simplest "seiri" activity in the "5S". In the seiri process, not only use hands, but more importantly, use minds to think of the cause of unnecessary items, documents, data, and others, whether it is necessary to keepc. Every time "5S"  is not a simple form, but to recall, improve and sum their own business and work.

I believe that everything we have been thinking of doing is meaningful work, the importance lies in their attitude to work, I think do a good job is the respect to their own. So, from my own, I will try to do a good job in each of the related work. I believe that as long as we can have the attitude of self-respect, self-upgrading towards the creation of work , pay attention to and conscientiously carry out "5S" at every stage of the work, our work will be a success.
