According to the company 2008 annual internal audit program requirements, from August 18 to 20, 2008 the Advisory teacher would be head of the audit team with five groups to get the first internal audit since the Company implement  TS16949 Standards, to check the effectiveness of the various departments.

Based on ISO/TS16949: 2002, customer requirements, contracts and company quality management system and other documents, with the automotive industry audit way, Audit Group mainly conduct a comprehensive audit on all the relevant departments involving the automotive electronics products customer-oriented process COP, management-oriented process MOP, support-oriented process SOP and the scene management.

The internal audit aimed at discovering the existing problems in the various departments when running the TS16949 quality management system, finding out the direction of improvement, to ensure the effective functioning of the system. Through this audit we reach the following conclusions:

1. The company quality management system ducuments are in continuous improvement, in line with ISO/TS16949: 2002 standard requirements, the state's relevant laws and regulations, and the implementation basically in line with the request of company's management system document.

2. With the further awareness of quality management and the continuous improvement of unreasonable system, now the company's quality assurance system is running into normal operation.

3. The problem exposed by the audit was mainly due to head departments and members without enough text-depth; the file changes with learning cycle made the paper lack of effectiveness.

4. In the next work, the company will step up training and monitoring, further solve practical problems in the system work and further improve product quality and market share.
