The Red Card Operation for 5S Implementation

At 15:00 on August 14, 2008, "5S's red card operation" meeting was organized by the Administrative Department and after the meeting 5S-site inspection was immediately organized. Building 1 and Building 2 Minister changed for checks and posted red card at the scene, gave the deadline for rectification verification, and the Administrative Department summarized the red card number and announced. This is the first assault of a comprehensive examination, following"5S-Seiri" in June, "5S-Seiton" in July this year, in order to let each employee concern about 5S, pay attention to 5S and implement 5S.
