Onboard information system (onboard computer) combines the automobile electron and inserted computer technology, applies the computer technology to the automobile-the special application environment, lets the computer and the automobile's electric power, sensor and its related control signal connect, forming a general and open information processing platform; it provides many functions, such as GPS positioning navigation, digital instrument, failure detection, wireless network communication, multimedia entertainment, etc, promoting information level of the automobile, and the security and entertainment of driving.
Achievement authentication
The product passed scientific and technical achievement authentication organized by Wuhan Science & Technology Bureau in May, 2005 and the authentication committee made the following comments "the overall plan and the main functional design of the system achieved the domestic leading level, especially the designs of shake proof and radiation are innovative".
Quality test
The product passed the performance test, the function test, the quality test and the environment test by the Quality Supervision Institute for electronic products in Hubei Province.

The international well-known enterprise group specially engaged in the automobile electronic products' research and development, the member unit of global AUTOSAR alliance, visited this project in Bluestar Technology and showed its strong interest in it, going to cooperate with Bluestar for deeper development of this project.

In June, 2006, the first Chinese "onboard multimedia terminal seminar" was held in Shanghai. Bluestar was invited to attend and showed the sample vehicle at the meeting. Professor Chen Gengsheng indicated that as the project principal of Shanghai Motor Research Institute, they had been seeking this type the product and they had never thought of the real existence of this kind of product, moreover so mature. The experts and professors all indicated that they were willing to launch a deeper cooperation on this project with Bluestar.

A large-scale company specially engaged in the global product recommendation, when it investigated the new products in the nation in 2005, it ranked the Bluestar onboard computer to the head of the big ten recommendation products, with the hope of global promotion. So far it has already signed the global market cooperation promotion agreement with BluestarTechnology.
