I. Have a strict electric current safe examination to the charged circuit and select the wires with enough electric current capacity.I. Have a strict electric current safe examination to the charged circuit and select the wires with enough electric current capacity.
II. Use the plug-in way when connect power lines to one end of the equipment and reduce the times of peeling and wrapping adhesive plaster during the installation maintenance to avoid fall-off or short-circuit. The front end should have the fuse in case of short-circuit in the permission scope of electric current.
III. There should have a switch or fuse box in the place where onboard products connect the battery. |
| Product Security |
a. When the battery works, you must add a suitable fuse near the battery.
b. Power line must be added a reinforced cover(similarly as our black cover used last year), to reduce the danger of car inside lines busted.
c. When the battery works, the part of preoperculum needs a fireproof cover, therefore the working engine power lines would face high temperature roasting, and it has a risk of short-circuit.
d. Do the extreme tests to the products, for example, sealed test, high temperature test, adequately consider the security issue in an extreme case.
e. After onboard product on car test finished, you shouldshut down the power line.
f. After onboard products on car installation finished, you should check whether the power lines connect correctly, adding fuse box or not to make sure the power connection is safe. And you should tell us the hidden security trouble which the installation engineer could not solve temporarily.

c. The power supply mode of the installed vehicle and possible hidden security trouble
|
(1)Monitor power supply:
Onboard screen gets power form car CD power supply. Onboard screen has a 2A fuse box, CD machine itself has 15A fuse box, the screen power supply does not have the hidden security trouble in theory.
(2) Host computer power supply:
In the installed types of cars, host computer gets power from car battery or car CD machine power supply. The two kinds of methods are account for a half. At present the host computer does not have a fuse box, so in theory there is a large hidden security trouble when the host computer gets power.
