2. Anti-static When maintenance staff get in or out of the compartment, the body will produce high-pressure electrostatic, so damage computer or digital instrumentation circuit. Therefore, the maintenance staff in the computer's digital instrumentation for maintenance operations at or near these instruments when installed or removed PR0M chips they should take grounding metal band. 3. Anti-magnetic field Do not place an object with strong magnetic field near the computer, otherwise it will damage its components or circuits, such as speakers, record, the heater ,etc ; it should be as far as possible from the computers.
4. Anti-high-temperature When use electric arc welding, computer power supply should be first cut off. When do the welding operation near computers and sensors, should pay attention to insulation, the best is to remove the computer or sensors. When use electric welding iron, the power should be less than 45 W, iron, and each contact time less than 10 seconds, so as to avoid overheating to damage computer components.
5. Anti-humidity When computer exposed to moisture, its circuits and components are easily damaged. Therefore, should be particularly careful to washing vehicles to avoid water into the computer. If there is water leakage at the computer installation place, overhaul as soon as possible.
6. Anti-vibration Severe shock can easily damage electronic components. Therefore, in the installation, demolition of the computer, do not to pry hit hard, collision the computer, and the body connection must be reliable and not loose. Do not place the removed PROM chip anywhere, as it should be properly safeguarded. |
