Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for choosing Hiinfo onboard computer and the service! In order to guarantee you can obtain the high quality service of Bluestar and avoid your extra worries, Bluestar Computer Group Co., Ltd (shortened as Bluestar) makes the following promise for Hiinfo onboard computer products (shortened as products):

a. Blue Star "three warranties" service promise
If you are the consumer user (refer to the definition of "Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law" for details), BlueStar will provide "three warranties" service to you according to the content and range in the "Microcomputer Commodity Repair Replacement and Returned goods Responsibility" which is promulgated by the country.

b. Standard service promise of Bluestar merchant (nationwide promise)
Besides the above "three warranties", Bluestar will provide the following standard service of Bluestar merchant to the consumer users: Within the warranty time, wherever you purchase the product in People's Republic of China (not including Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan) and if it appears the hardware breakdown, please land Bluestar enterprise website www. hiinfo.cn and enter "service support" to seek the website service support, or inquire nearby Bluestar authenticated service organization's address and telephone information through "service support - service institution" the; you can also dial the repair hotline of Hiinfo onboard computer for help.

Service response cycle:
7 days *8 hours work system: normal business hour of Bluestar authenticated service institution is: from 9: 00 to 17: 30 every day, except for the national legal holiday.

Special notice: Exception for the cases which are caused by the significant natural disaster, the force majeure or other factors which Bluestar cannot control, we are unable to carry on the repair.

c. Guarantee time
From the day you bought this product (refer to the date of the official receipt), the free warranty of the entire machine is one year. If over the warranty period, Bluestar will provide compensated service according to "Compensated Charge Standard of Hiinfo Onboard Computer".

Maintenance certificate:
The receipt and "three warranties" certificate are the maintenance certificate with which you can normally enjoy the country "three warranties" and Bluestar merchant standard service, so please properly take care of it, and show it to Bluestar or the authenticated service institution when you need the service.

* Attention: The receipt of buying machine must be the official receipt which is approved by Department of National Revenue
