i. This machine is only used in the cathode earth 12V direct-current power supply system This machine cannot be directly used in the 24V system automobile; it must install the power source inverter, or connect one of the two series batteries first. Otherwise, it may cause fire and damage.
ii. Don't disassemble or repack this machine It will possibly cause electric shock, personal accident or fire. Please don't directly connect the power lines of other system and this machine. If there's any question to the safe installation of this machine, please inquire the Bluegrid dealer nearby.
iii. Do not install this machine in the place where hinder the operation of protection aerocyst or the steering wheel and the gearshift lever. Or, it may cause accident or personal hurt.
iv. Only use the indicated fuse Please use the same specific fuse (current standard) when change the fuse. Or else, it may cause fire. |

Cautions: |
Tips on power line (blue) |
a. Do not press the electric wire under the bolt or clamp in the mobile part (for example seat armrest). b. Before connection, please turn the ignition key to OFF to avoid short-circuiting. c. Only after all other leads being connected can the red and the black power input wire be connected. d. For security, you must use heat-shrink tube to any electric line which does not connect. |
a. Drivers should not watch the screen when driving, if need to operate the host computer in driving time, please watch out the front, otherwise may cause an accident. b. When this machine is connected to other three-dimensional acoustic parts, the nominal current of the connective automotive circuit must be bigger than the sum total of nominal current of each fuse. c. When the nominal current of automotive circuit is not big enough, this machine can be directly connected to the battery. | | |

Avoid the accident caused by short-circuit To avoid the accident caused by short-circuit, only when all the wires are connected, and the ignition key is on OFF connect the power line (blue and black), otherwise, accidental short-circuit may cause electric shock and serious damage.
When the fuse melts Please check the circuit to find the reason before change it. When change it, please use the same specific fuse (current standard). It's dangerous to use different fuse or connect with wires, which may cause serious damage.
You must connect all the lines below, otherwise, accidental short-circuit may cause electric shock and serious damage. •Connect the blue line with car reversing light •Connect the yellow line with car battery •Connect the red line with car ignition switch •Connect the black line with car metal spot on the chassis or battery negative |
 |
All the following leads should be connected, otherwise, may cause electric shock, device damage or fault. |
| |
•Use heat-shrink tube to insulate terminal redundant skinned wire •Power line should be far from the signal line to avoid noise disturbance. •When disconnect the cable, you should hold the connector, do not pull the cable, or the cable may be cut |
| |
Speaker connection cautions |
| |
•Turn off this equipment before connecting with the speaker •Do not connect the speaker port with car crust, or connect the left port and right port with each other. •Do not connect this equipment's groundwire with speaker negative. •Do not attempt to parallel connection of speakers •Only for passive speaker. Connect an active speaker (amplifier inside) with speaker port may damage this equipment. •To prevent fault, the left and right speakers should not use one negative conductor •Do not connect speaker lines of this equipment with each other. |
 |
Installing the host computer |
| |
After all the connection finished, install the machine to the selected position. |
•Before installation The design of this machine is very safe, but wrong installation may cause accident. Confirm the following before installing. *Install the host computer on the instrument board •If the starting monitor is too close to the air outlet of air-condition, you should close the air outlet. •Starting of monitor should not obstructing crisis power switch or other important parts applied. •Don't install the host computer in the following place: The intense sunlight shines, the steam from the heater or other high temperature places; The place which is unsafe or shivers fiercely; Very moist, very dirty, or dusty places. |
| |
* Choose the installing position a. Turn the ignition key to OFF or pull it out b. Put the device into the planned installing position, check the length of cable and the installing conditions of the host computer |
| |
* Notice: Make sure the host computer has been accurately installed and used, the closest position of gearlever should be at least 190mm away from the machine surface. |
 |
| |
* In some cases, when the gearlever moves to a certain position, it may touch with monitor, please make sure this would not disturb driving. |
| •Installation process |
| |
When installing, you should not overexert, or may cause fault. Cautions: the installed mount is different according to different types of cars. |
 |
| |
| |
This equipment should keep level, the front-end should be a little up, but should not be greater than 5¡ă(refer to the picture below) |
 |
| |
 |
After installation and connection |
| |
Start automobile engine. Confirm that the brake light, the loudspeaker, and all electrical part are working. Put through the switch line of host computer, the system can operate. |
 |
| |
Caution: To prevent damage, do not use a pin or overexert pressing button. After installing the device, tighten all the loose electric wires. |
| |
| |
•Fuse blown Check whether the yellow and black lead ports connected right
•The power supply cannot be on Check whether the yellow lead port has been connected or not
•Noise disturbs tone quality Check whether the power line and the signal line are separate routing If not, inspect whether uses the aluminum foil adhesive tape to wrap the signal wire
•The speaker is silent Check whether the speaker output port is short circuit
•Sound distortion Check whether speaker output port is grounding. Check whether speaker left and right port negative are grounding together.
