On November 2, 2007, "ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System Standard Training and the mobilization meeting" was held in the large conference room in our company. The meeting was directed by vice general manager Li Zheng, Board Chairman Tao Zhenyue attended the meeting and gave the mobilization speech; more than 60 system-implementation cadremen took part in this conference.

Li Zheng gave a detailed introduction to the implementation plan and organizational requirements of TS16949 system, and claimed the specific requirements according to the implementation process. He pointed out that the implementation of TS16949 was the only way for onboard products to become automotive parts, also an important method to improve management level in the period of restructuring. He called for all the staff of the company to actively participate in the TS16949 implementation and strictly follow the standards and system documents to work during the process, strictly implement various work systems and attend the training on time. He stressed: standards implementation was only a method to make a better quality system in the whole company and better satisfy customers¡¯ requirements.

Chairman Tao gave an important mobilization speech. He stressed: with the full production of the factory in 2008, the company would step into the normal management track with product development, production and operation; the company would follow the automotive industry customer-oriented process model to establish the automotive industry management system. The full implementation of TS16949 quality management system required all the staff to study with the company's strategic development objective. Quality is the life of an enterprise, also the most basic responsibility and duty of all positions. During the system implementation process, we should not only pay attention to the quality of products but also the quality of work which need to improve by systematic training and system implementation to achieve company management routinization, standardization, scientificity and datamation. Simultaneously, all the departments and related post staff must associate with all the strength to learn requisite knowledge by heart and implement the required standards. Finally, he hoped everyone should be steadfast and earnest in the work to pass the ISO/TS16949 system certification earlier.

After a brief mobilization meeting, two days of TS16949 quality management system standard knowledge training was began. Huang Xiaomao, a Senior Lecturer from Huameixin Management Consultant Company would be the major lecturer.
